We just need the courage to put on the cape.&#34; - Superman</p> <p>Last year, over 200 runners, walkers, rollers, and strollers gathered at Seneca Park for our first annual Super Hear-O 5K &amp; Family Fun Day and it was AMAZING! We&#39;re calling all superheroes to come back for a second year on Sunday, June 22 2025!</p> <p>Join us again at Seneca Park for an incredible morning celebrating the RHSC heroes who work hard every day to make a difference in the lives of kids with special needs, and to help individuals of all ages throughout our community achieve Communication for Life! </p> <p>How can you be a Super Hear-O?</p> <ul><li>Register for the 5K trail run, 5k road run, or the one-mile walk/roll/stroll;</li><li>Invite family and friends to join you!</li><li>Create a fundraiser and harness the power of your network to raise money for RHSC!</li></ul> <p>We&#39;re all stronger when we work together, and we need YOU to make this event a success!</p> <p>Please note that kids under 12 may participate for free, but race t-shirt must be purchased at checkout if desired (youth sizes available).</p>
