Point of Honor 5k Race Information

<p>Join us for the 17th annual Point of Honor 5K.  This event raises awareness for organ and tissue donation, as well as providing funds to LifeNet Health, a leading enabler of the organ and tissue donation process.  </p> <p>This year&#39;s event will take place starting in Downtown Lynchburg, with race HQ at the Depot Grille.  The start and finish line are just a short walk away from this location.  </p> <p>Due to anticipated work on the Blackwater Creek Trail, the utilized course for 2026 is still under consideration.  Upon final determination, a course map will be provided.  Note that the course will start and finish at the Depot Grille adjacent locations, with the majority of the course utilizing the Blackwater Creek Trail.</p> <p>WALKERS ARE WELCOME!<br />PETS &amp; STROLLERS ARE PROHIBITED.<br />COME FOR THE FUN, DOOR PRIZES, AND FOOD!<br />APRIL IS NATIONAL DONATE LIFE MONTH!<br />GO TO <a href="https://WWW.DONATELIFEVIRGINIA.ORG" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">WWW.DONATELIFEVIRGINIA.ORG</a> TO SIGN UP TO BE AN ORGAN DONOR.</p>
