<p>Join the Lynchburg Road Runners for a Fun Run and a post-run stretch seminar focused on injury prevention and recovery!</p> <p>Participants are welcome to join us for the Fun Run, the stretching seminar, or both. The Fun Run will be a relaxed, social run ranging from 1–4 miles at your own pace — perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.</p> <p>At 9:00 AM, we will host a guided stretching demonstration where you’ll learn proper stretching techniques to help prevent injury and improve recovery.</p> <p>After the Fun Run, LRRC will provide light refreshments, water, and Gatorade for all participants.</p> <p>Whether you’re coming to run, stretch, or just learn something new, this is a great opportunity to connect with fellow runners and take care of your body!</p> <p>Details:</p> <p>Distance: 1–4 miles (your pace)<br />Open to all abilities<br />Light refreshments provided<br />Run at 8:00 AM<br />Stretch seminar at 9:00 AM<br />Come for the Fun Run.
