It&#39;s where tailgating meets -- fitness! </p> <p style="line-height:1">✯ Dog-friendly </p> <p style="line-height:1">✯ Celebrates all who serve while honoring the memories of those we&#39;ve lost. </p> <p style="line-height:1">✯ All participants carry the name of a fallen service member </p> <p style="line-height:1">✯ The course is lined with the names and faces of our fallen. </p> <h3> </h3> <h3><span style="color:#000000"><b>Each Ruck Participant Receives</b> </span> </h3> <ul><li>Fallen Hero Memorial Bib containing the name of a fallen service member. </li><li>Commemorative event t-shirt. </li></ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><b><span style="color:#000000">WHAT TO EXPECT</span></b></h3> <ul><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">The course is a short loop, structured as a time trial criterium.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">The loop will be around a mile to two miles long. The exact course and length are coming soon.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">You will do as many laps as possible within the two-hour time limit. You may stop at anytime you like. </span></li><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">You can do the course with or without weight. </span></li><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">There will be a staging area where you check in after each lap and tag off to your teammate.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">You can grab food and drinks and hang out while waiting for your teammate in the staging area.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">You may bring your preferred nutrition, but we will also have a supply of water and snacks in the staging area.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5"><span style="color:#000000">Your team will be given a punch card to count completed laps.</span></li></ul> <h5> </h5> <h5><b><span style="color:#000000">EVENT DIVISIONS</span></b></h5> <p>Everyone is welcome to participate in all divisions, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. </p> <ul><li style="line-height:1.5">SOLO </li><li style="line-height:1.5">Competitive 2-person Relay Team</li><li style="line-height:1.5">Competitive 4&#43; person Relay Team</li><li style="line-height:1.5">Honorary - No weight, lap card, or awards. ADA service animals are welcome.<br />No weapons are allowed on the premises. </li></ul>
