Join us for the AutismTN Pajama Walk & 5K, where your love for movement meets a mission that matters! The Pajama 5K is a timed run on a certified course (see map below) and is perfect for runners of all levels looking for a meaningful race-day experience. This event doesn’t just get your heart pumping—it fuels AutismTN’s vital work supporting Autistic people and their families across Middle Tennessee. After the 5k, stick around for the 6th Annual Pajama Walk—a powerful display of community support, acceptance, and celebration. Walkers of all ages, abilities, and pajama styles welcome!

We’re recognizing top finishers in common age groups:

🏅 20–29
🏅 30–39
🏅 40–49
🏅 50–59
🏅 60+
Trophies will also be awarded to the Top 3 Overall Runners (not already winning an age group category)
Race Details
✅ This race happens rain or shine!
🚫 No refunds allowed.
🚦Capped at 150 runners for safety and planning purposes.
🎖 All finishers receive a medal.
⏱ Runners have 1.5 hours to complete the course.
🚰 First-aid and water stations will be available.
🚻 Restrooms are available in the park, but not along the course.
🐾 Bikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, and pets are not allowed on the course. Walkers are welcome but must start at the back.
🐕 Service animals are welcome on a leash and must start at the back for safety. Email us if you wish to run with your service animal.

Late registrants may claim unclaimed shirts at the registration tent post-race (while supplies last).

NOTE: Runners under 18 years old will receive a $15 discount on all registration fees
