<p>Get ready to lace up your boots and be part of an unforgettable journey<br />at the 2025 Music City Ruck March on 10-4! <br /> <br />Music City Ruck is coming back to Nissan Stadium —and this year, it’s shaping up to be our biggest, loudest, and most unforgettable ruck yet.</p> <p>The new race course will remain inside Nissan Stadium and will be approximately 1 mile in length. We will ruck rain or shine.</p> <p> <br />This event is more than just a walk or ruck march; it&#39;s a powerful demonstration of patriotism, camaraderie, resilience, and community. The course is within the footprint of Nissan Stadium and utilizes the ramps. </p> <p>✯ RACE DAY CHECK-IN: Check-in will take place in the South Plaza area (see map). </p> <p>✯ TIME &amp; DISTANCE: You can complete as many or as few laps as you&#39;d like within the two-hour time limit. </p> <p>✯ STAGING AREA: This is where the action happens! It&#39;s a transition zone and a party area rolled into one. Check in after each lap, tag your teammate, rest and refuel, and give high-fives to your family and friends. Or zoom on by and take another lap like the champion you are! </p> <p>✯ AWARDS: Prizes for the top lap ruck teams and solo ruckers. </p> <p>✯ DOGS: Only ADA Service Animals are allowed. </p> <p>✯ SECURITY: Nissan Stadium will ask everyone to go through their security system upon entry. No weapons, knives, box cutters, firearms, ammunition, or explosives allowed, including fireworks. </p>
