Direct runners and cheer them on!<br />  Rating: Fun and exciting — right in the action.</li><li>Finish Line Helper<br />Assist with medals, refreshments, and cheering finishers.<br />  Rating: Easy and fun — at the heart of the celebration.</li><li>Turtle / Sweeper<br />Support the final participant and alert volunteers when the last runner passes.<br />  Rating: Slightly physical — rewarding and great exercise.</li><li>Packet Pickup / Results<br />Distribute bibs, shirts, and help celebrate finishers.<br />  Rating: Busy before start, fun and relaxed after. Set the tone for the day!</li><li>Floater<br />Assist wherever needed — medals, snacks, crowd support, etc.<br />  Rating: Super easy and fun — in the middle of all the excitement.</li><li>Lead Bike<br />Guide the first runners on the correct course using a bike or scooter.<br />  Rating: Active and enjoyable. After that, limited availability.</li><li>Weather: Races proceed rain or shine, hot or cold.</li><li>Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start.
