<p>Heppe Chiropractic is proud to host the <strong>4th Annual Heppe 15K/5K,</strong> now offering both a <strong>15K and a 5K</strong> distance right here in Fredericksburg! Enjoy a beautiful course that runs along the Rappahannock River, through the historic streets of downtown Fredericksburg, and along the Heritage Trail and Canal Path. The course starts and ends at Riverfront Park off Sophia Street. Each year turnout grows — and we expect this year to be even better!</p> <p>In 2023 our featured charity was Empowerhouse, and in 2024 we donated all proceeds to Mental Health America of Fredericksburg, 2025 we helped donate over $8,000 to the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank.
