Downtown Mile for CASA Race Information

<p>Please join us and <b>support</b> <b>Rappahannock Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)</b> on Saturday, September 19th, 2026. All proceeds will benefit the Rappahannock Area CASA, a local non-profit organization that supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy so that every child who has experienced abuse or neglect can be safe, have a permanent home, and have the opportunity to thrive. This is a fun, downtown evening race with a fun post-race atmosphere. </p> <p><b>Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix Series: </b>The Downtown Mile for CASA is the 9th race in the Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix Series. All finishers will receive points toward the 12-race series.</p> <p><b>Location:</b> Charles Street, Downtown Fredericksburg</p> <p><b>Race Waves: </b></p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 35 , 111 , 161 )"><b>5:00 pm - Wave 1 Females ages 15 and up </b></span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 35 , 111 , 161 )"><b>5:15 pm - Wave 2 Males ages 15 and up</b></span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 35 , 111 , 161 )"><b>5:30 pm - Wave 3 Youth ages 6-14</b></span></p> <p><span style="color:#169179"><b><span style="color:rgb( 35 , 111 , 161 )">5:45 pm - Superhero Run</span> </b></span>This wave is open to all ages, families who wish to participate together, parents with strollers, walking participants, etc. </p> <p>Shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by September 1, 2026. </p> <p><b>Race Day Registration</b><strong> and packet pickup</strong> will be held from 3:30 - 4:45 p.m. on Saturday. Register on your smartphone or tablet at the event.
