5th Annual Tidewater Striders ALL- Comers Indoor Track and Field Meet Race Information

<p><span style="color:#34495e"><b> </b></span><b>The Tidewater Striders 5th Annual All-Comers indoor track meet will be held at the new state-of-the-art indoor track arena at the Virginia Beach Sports Center!</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>This event is open to all levels and ages! The featured event will be the Strider Indoor Mile with other track and field events included!</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Events: Strider Indoor Mile, 800 Meters, 400 Meters, 200 Meters, 50 Meter dash, Long Jump, Shot Put, and Pentathlon( Mile, 400, 200,50m, LJ, SP) Distance Medley Relay</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Entry Fee: Strider Indoor Mile $20, Pentathlon $30 all other events $5.00! If you run the Strider indoor mile you can compete in any of the other events or as many as you want for just $5.00 more! All race Registration increase by $5.00 on Jan 1st</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Awards: Strider Indoor Mile - Top 3 Overall Male and Female /Top Masters Male and Female/ Top 3 male and female in 10-year age groups! Strider Mile is a Strider Grand Prix Event!  800, 400, 200,50m, LJ, SP, Pentathlon Top 3 overall Male, and Female only! DMR- Top Male and Female team! All Kids under 12 years of age will get an award for competing in any event!</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Special Event: Pe</b><b>ntathlon  - you will compete in 6 Track and Field events 1 Mile, 400, 200,50M LJ &amp;SP! you will be scored against all other competitors in the Pentathlon top 6 scoring points in each event! The field events can be completed anytime from 8 am-11 am.</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Distance Medley Relay: 1200/400/800/1600! relay teams can register by email at orangerunning&#64;yahoo.com or on race morning at the registration table! The race is free to everyone competing in any of the events!</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Final Instructions will be sent out the week of the event with detailed instructions and a timeline of events!</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Awards ceremony:  will be on the track at the award area after the last event is complete.</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Sponsors: We are looking for Sponsors!
