The 500 Festival Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy, consists of three different races, a 3-Miler, 6-Miler, and 10-Miler, that start and finish near downtown Indianapolis in the Windsor Park Neighborhood.

• Sunday, February 8: Last day to register online for the Miler Series, Greatest Spectacle Challenge, Mini Maniac Challenge, or 3-Miler
• Saturday, February 14: 3-Miler
• Sunday, March 1: Last day to register online for the 6-Miler
• Saturday, March 7: 6-Miler
• Sunday, April 5: Last day to register online for the 10-Miler
• Saturday April 11: 10-Miler
