<p><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Winter 2025/2026 Adult Run &#43; Strength Training in Cary</strong> is brought to you by <b>Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs</b>.</span></p> <p>The class is <b>12 weeks long</b> and is geared toward helping adults get/stay active with run workouts incorporating strength training.  This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned runners.  All levels and paces are welcome!</p> <p><b>Cost of the class is $75 through 11/30</b>.  Cost is $80 12/1 - 12/21.  Deadline to register is 12/21. No refund and no deferral if you drop the class after registering.</p> <p><b>Cost includes:</b> 12-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, 15% off merchandise (shirts, hats) at The Running PTs, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.</p> <p>If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us.  We have a donation program that can help out.</p> <p><b>Coach Patti Tiernan</b> will coach this class.</p> <p><b>Program dates: December 7, 2025 - March 15, 2026</b>.  (NO CLASSES from 12/21/25 - 1/3/26)  Group training will meet on Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays at 9:30AM-10:30AM, and there are group long runs with all winter adult classes on Saturdays at 7:30AM-9:30AM.  <span style="background-color:rgb( 255 , 255 , 255 )"><u><b>The class will meet at Ritter Park (301 W Lochmere Drive, Cary 27518) &amp; Koka Booth (8003 Regency Parkway, Cary 27518 on Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays.</b></u></span>   <b>Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.</b></p> <p>Please direct any <b>questions</b> to Training Coordinator, Kelly Svihovec: <a href="mailto:coachkelly&#64;trianglerunsmart.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">coachkelly&#64;trianglerunsmart.com</a></p>
