There&#39;s ONE COURSE but THREE RACES for you to choose from to challenge yourself. Try your best in 90 minutes to complete the distance of your choice and pick what you think you can accomplish! IN-PERSON 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K race options. T-shirt and finishers medal for 5K and 10K registrants, and in-person prizes for multiple categories. A dedicated Physical Therapy Booth &#x1f9d8;‍♀️&#x1f486;‍♂️ from <a href="https://moriartypt.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Moriarty Physical Therapy</a> based out of Cary, NC, will be available for the 5K and 10K run/walk participants &#x1f3c5; to help participants cool down, stretch, and recover with expert guidance from licensed therapists &#x1fa7a;✨ </p>
