Join us on Saturday, January 31st at our annual Wild Florida 5K at Lake Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida. </p> <p>This event directly supports our mission to protect our home state’s water, wildlife, and wild places.</p> <p>All <strong>adult</strong> participants will receive a branded 5K medal, with select registration levels also including a t-shirt. Plus, everyone will leave with the good vibes of knowing they’re helping save land and create a healthier future for Florida!</p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 97 , 125 , 59 )">RACE SCHEDULE </span><br />8:00 am - Packet Pickup &amp; Registration Opens <br />9:00 am - Wild Florida 5K Race Starts <br />10:00 am - Award Ceremony <br /> <br /><span style="color:rgb( 97 , 125 , 59 )">TIMING &amp; SCORING </span><br />Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib <br /> <br /><span style="color:rgb( 97 , 125 , 59 )">AWARDS </span><br />All adult race participants will receive a medal, and top runners will receive additional recognition and prizes.<br /> <br /><span style="color:rgb( 97 , 125 , 59 )">SHIRTS AND MEDALS </span><br />*T-Shirts are offered for <strong>Corridor Champion tickets</strong>. T-Shirt orders must be placed 2-weeks in advance to the race date, so this ticket option will end 2 weeks before the race.</p> <p>There are also a limited number of medals available. We will update our site once race medals have sold out. Support our conservation work - consider making an additional donation or let us know of conservation opportunities in your local community <br /> <br /><span style="color:rgb( 97 , 125 , 59 )">FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS </span><br /><strong>Q: Is this race for runners only? </strong><br /><strong>A: </strong>Wild Florida 5K welcomes all paces: running, jogging, walking, and any pace in between. <br /><br /><strong>Q: Where do I park? </strong><br /><strong>A: </strong>Parking is available throughout Baldwin Park on the neighboring streets and parking garages.  It is recommended that you arrive no later than 7:30 AM to allow time for parking and walking to the race site. <br /><br /><strong>Q: Is the Wild Florida 5K a dog-friendly race? </strong><br /><strong>A: </strong>Yes, dogs are welcome at the Wild Florida 5K! We kindly ask participants who plan to bring their furry companions to line up at the back of the race. <br /><br /><strong>Q: Is the Wild Florida 5K a family-friendly race? </strong><br /><strong>A:</strong> Yes, absolutely! Kids up to 10 years-old run free. Strollers are also welcome at the Wild Florida 5K. We kindly ask that participants who plan to bring a stroller or children line up towards the back of the race. <br /><br /><strong>Q: Why don’t I see my t-shirt size listed at the race checkout? </strong><br /><strong>A:</strong> As we approach the race, t-shirt sizes will become increasingly limited. We recommend signing up a few weeks in advance to ensure preferred t-shirt sizing. Visit the Conservation Florida informational booth on race day after you finish the race to ask if we have your size left. You might get lucky! <br /><br /><strong>Q: Is the Lake Baldwin Park trail flat? </strong><br /><strong>A: </strong>Yes, the Lake Baldwin Park trail is a flat concrete trail. <br /><br /><strong>Q: Is the Lake Baldwin Park trail shaded? </strong><br /><strong>A:</strong> Yes, the Lake Baldwin Park trail is mostly shaded. But it’s still a good idea to bring sunscreen! <br /><br /><strong>Q: Can I pick up my race packet before race day? </strong><br /><strong>A: </strong>Race packet pickup will open at 8 AM on the morning of the race. The packet pickup line will be well-staffed and move along quickly. <br /><br /><strong>Q: I would like to volunteer for the Wild Florida 5K. How can I sign up? </strong><br /><strong>A:</strong> With the rapid growth of the race, we are actively searching for volunteers and would love your help!
