Thru the Ville 5K

Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the inaugural Thru the Ville 5K, the newest addition to Mayor Craig Greenberg's Planet Fitness Mayorthon Race Series! 

This exciting race takes runners on a unique tour that showcases some of the most iconic landmarks on University of Louisville's campus.

Starting at 9 a.m. at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium, participants will run through campus, pass the historic Thinker statue at Grawemeyer Hall, the Speed Art Museum, run through the heart of campus in the Quad and finish back at L&N Stadium. 

The race will be professionally chip-timed. All participants will receive a commemorative Thru the Ville 5K long-sleeve race shirt and a custom finishers medal.

Packet pick-up will be held at Planet Fitness Kueber Center locate at 2432 S. Floyd St, Louisville, Ky. 40208:
– Thur., Oct. 30, 5 pm – 8 pm
– Fri., Oct. 31, 12 – 6 pm
– Sat. Nov. 1 (race morning), 8 – 8:45 am
