<h2>Sunrise Open Water Triathlon Sprint and Olympic, Aquabike, and Duathlon</h2> <h4>Date:</h4> <p>7/12/2026</p> <h2>Location:</h2> <p>American Legion Post 14<br />5315 S. Lakeshore Dr<br />Shreveport, LA 71109</p> <h2>Distance:</h2> <p>Sprint - 600 Yard Swim, 14 Mile Bike, 3.1 MILE Run<br />Olympic - 1500 M Swim, 40 KM Bike, 10KM Run<br />Duathlon - 1.5 Mile Run, 14 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run<br />Aquabike - 1500 M Swim, 40 KM Bike</p> <p>All competitors are REQUIRED to have a Current USA Triathlon license or purchase a USAT license in order to compete.<br />Racing age is calculated as of Dec 31 of the current year.  Please CONFIRM RACING AGE with Registration Volunteers.<br />Event will be held Rain or Shine.<br />Courses are marked, but it&#39;s the racer&#39;s responsibility to know the courses.<br />Courses are measured with GPS and are not certified.<br />Each participant will be issued an ankle chip, issued race day at registration area.  <br />All USA Triathlon Rules and Regulations in effect.<br /><br /></p>
