Solar Strides 5K

We're so excited to be having the 2nd Solar Strides 5K to fundraise for SolarEquity's project of solarizing the PEACH Apartments!
SolarEquity, a student-run non-profit, facilitates residential solar installations in affordable housing communities to drive an equitable clean energy transition. With over $100k raised for the PEACH apartments project, the goal of this event is to cross the finish line on project fundraising, bring our community together, and increase awareness of this important work.
Thank you to our partners Environmental Affairs Department of the UNC-Chapel Hill Undergraduate Student Government, Campus Recreation, and Fleet Feet for helping us with this event. We can't wait to see everyone on October 27th!

- Check-in begins at 7:00 am
- Bib collection will be at check-in
- Race begins at 7:30 am
