Arrive early, carpool with your crew, or use rideshare to make sure you’re ready to roll into your pace group on time.</p> <p>At the RecovHER &amp; RestoreHIM Halloween 5K Run/Walk, we’re making sure there’s a pace for everyone. Whether you’re racing toward a new personal best, jogging with friends, or strolling in costume, you’ll have a group that fits your flow.</p> <p><strong>Runners</strong> (7–9 min/mile | 22–28 mins finish): For experienced runners ready to push the pace.<br /><strong>Jog/Run-Walk</strong> (10–13 min/mile | 31–40 mins finish): Great for casual runners, first-timers, or those mixing light jogging with walk breaks.<br /><strong>Walkers</strong> (15–18&#43; min/mile | 46–56 mins finish): A relaxed option for those walking the course, enjoying the community, and soaking up the Halloween vibes.</p> <p>Every step supports RecovHER &amp; RestoreHIM’s mission to bridge the gap between sports performance and holistic wellness — creating safe spaces to rebuild: For Her.
