<h2><span style="color:#000000"><strong>8th Annual MSJ 5K</strong></span></h2> <h2><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Saturday, September 20, 2025 8:30 am</strong></span></h2> <h2><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Mount St. Joseph University, Cincinnati, OH</strong></span></h2> <h2> </h2> <h3><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Join us on a Saturday, 9/20 for a 5K Run or Walk through Mount St. Joseph University and surrounding campus.</strong></span></h3> <p><strong>Official MSJ website:</strong></p> <p><strong><a href="http://msj.edu/msj5k" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://msj.edu/msj5k</a></strong></p> <p><strong>Course:</strong></p> <p>5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.</p> <p><strong>Divisions:</strong></p> <p>19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80</p> <p><strong>Awards Recognition:</strong></p> <p>Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award. </p> <p><strong>Pre-Race activities:</strong></p> <p>Pre-race music and entertainment starting at 8:00 a.m.</p> <p><strong>Post Race Celebration:</strong></p> <p>Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available</p> <p><strong>Entry Fee: </strong></p> <p><b>Adults 18-64:</b></p> <p>$30</p> <p><strong>Youth 17 and under, Seniors 65 and over, MSJ Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni</strong></p> <p>$20</p> <p>Registration includes chip timing, T-shirt, awards, and pre/post events. After 8/29/25, T-shirts are included <b>while supplies last.</b></p> <p><b>T-Shirts:</b></p> <p>All participants registered before September 1st will receive a commemorative race t-shirt with their registration. You must be signed up prior to 8/29/25 to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrations after 8/29/25 will receive a shirt <b>while supplies last. </b><b></b></p> <p><b>Note: All registrations are to be done online including race day. </b></p> <p><strong>No Sweat Option:</strong></p> <p>Can&#39;t make it to the race? You can still support the event by choosing the &#34;No Sweat Option&#34;. We will include a race t-shirt with your registration (while supplies last) as a Thank You for your support.</p> <p><b>Early Check in and Packet Pick up:</b></p> <p>Thursday, September 18, 2025 from 11 am - 1pm in Harrington Center Lobby</p> <p>Friday, September 19, 2025 from 4pm - 6pm in Harrington Center Lobby</p> <p><strong>Race Day Check in and Packet Pick up:</strong></p> <p>7:30 am - 8:15 am at Upper East Lot.</p> <p><strong>Register online:</strong></p> <p>All registrations are to be done online.
