Monster Kids Triathlon Race Information

<p>2025 marks year 21 for the Monster Kids Triathlon (ages 4-13).<br />The Keller Kids Triathlon is part of the Monster Triathlon weekend and a great way to get the kids involved in the sport of triathlon!</p> <p><br /><br />There will be three divisions for this <b>untimed</b> event. The age of the child on 12/31/25 determines the group they can join below:<br />Monster Kids Tri Leap Frogs (4-6 age group). Swim 25 yards, bike 1 mile and run 1/3 mile<br />Monster Kids Tri Road Runners (7-10 age group). Swim 75 yards, bike 2 miles and run 1 mile<br />Monster Kids Tri Gladiators (11-13 age group). Swim 125 yards, bike 3 miles then run 1 mile</p> <p><br /><br />The Monster Kids Tri will sell out well in advance of race day. Be sure to register early. There are no wait lists once the race sells out. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>WEATHER POLICY</b></p> <p>In the event of inclement weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. Past this time, the event course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants.</p> <p>If conditions turn unsafe, the event may be cancelled. Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director. </p> <p>We always strive to produce a full and safe sporting event, but sometimes the weather conditions can affect those plans. </p> <p>Considerable amount goes into planning a sporting event and we do so with the best intentions. Unfortunately, no one can control the weather and race directors are not the exceptions.</p> <p>Our goal is to always produce a full event as scheduled and only modify these plans due to safety concerns some of which can be caused by weather conditions. </p> <p>Thank you for your understanding of these policies and we appreciate your participation.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
