HOPE's 15th Annual Sham Rock N Run 5k Race Information

<p>HOPE&#39;s 15th Annual Sham Rock N&#39; Run 5k <br />Saturday, March 14, 2026<br />Race Start Time: 8:00AM, Registration opens at 7:00am<br />Location: <a href="https://sllcs.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">St. Luke&#39;s Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL</a></p> <p><i><span style="color:#000000">The first 700 to register will receive a Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and a custom race bib.</span></i></p> <p>T-shirt sizes, are Adult sizes only and will not be guaranteed after January 25th, 2026</p> <p>All participants are encouraged to dress up in their St. Patty&#39;s Day best! Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. There will also be a special prize for the largest team. All attendees will receive a race bag filled with your event t-shirt along with 5K swag. We are asking our participants to fill and return the race bag with non-perishable food items to support our Food Pantry for families in need.</p> <p>Children pushed in strollers are welcome to attend for free. All strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack.</p> <p><b>Parking </b>is available on site at no charge.</p> <p>For safety reasons, no skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals will be allowed on the racecourse.</p> <p><b>Awards/Giveaways</b> <br />Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in the following age categories:<br />9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80&#43;</p> <p>All proceeds from the Sham Rock N Run benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., whose mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida.
