About Yoga for Runners

Join us for Yoga for Runners with Trissa Menendez, E-RYT200 and marathon runner.

Experience the benefits of yoga in THE LAB, a Second Sole x Nike collaboration space! Yoga can reduce risk of injury by increasing strength, mobility, and flexibility. Body and breath awareness can help runners hit peak performance and breathe through the discomfort that we may experience during runs and races.

Classes will be held every other Tuesday beginning June 24, 2025. $10 per class and space is limited to 20 people.
45 minutes, starting at 5:15 PM.

Register for class here and then reserve your spot with a $10 Venmo payment to @secondsoleytown, or pay at the door prior to class.
