UNI Homecoming 5K Run/Walk Race Information

<p>Come celebrate the University of Northern Iowa Homecoming weekend with a 5K Run/Walk &#64; 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4th, 2025!</p> <p><u><b>Course</b></u>: This year&#39;s course will <b>start and end at the Campanile on the UNI campus</b>. Racers will take two loops around the southeast side of campus. </p> <ul><li>Click on the Facebook link provided to find the <b>race map</b>: </li><li>https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1E5UXxZsXd/</li></ul> <p><u><b>Event Parking</b></u>: Plenty of parking will be available in the Gilchrist A lot. Please do not park in service spots or handicap spots. Participants will have to walk to the Campanile. The address below is for Gilchrist Hall. </p> <p><u><b>Registration</b></u>: Register by September 14th to guarantee yourself a short sleeve t-shirt! You can also register after September 15th and on the day of the race, but a t-shirt will not be guaranteed. </p> <ul><li>$25 registration (includes a short sleeve t-shirt) | $30 day of race registration</li></ul> <p><u><b>Packet Pickup</b></u>: Please pick up your race packets either Friday, October 3rd from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the southwest entrance of Maucker Union, or on Saturday, October 4th from 7:00 - 7:45 a.m. at the race start line. </p> <p>If you have any questions about the race or want to know more, feel free to email the Panther Pacers Running Club at unipantherpacers&#64;gmail.com. </p> <p>The UNI Homecoming 5K is an annual fundraiser for the UNI Panther Pacers Running Club. </p>
