Triangle Park Aid Station Race Information

<h4>It is marathon training season!! Mid-Pacific Road Runners (MPRRC) members are going to set up a tent again to support the local running community and promote our club at Triangle Park near Diamond Head.  If you plan to visit the aid station on any of the dates listed below, do sign up!  Sign Up is <i>not required</i> as everyone is welcome to grab something but signing up will help plan for the amount of supplies needed. Mahalo!</h4> <h4>Here are the dates we&#39;ll be at Triangle Park</h4> <ul><li>Sept 14</li><li>Sept 21</li><li>Oct 19</li><li>Nov 2</li><li>Nov 16</li><li>Nov 30</li></ul> <h4>Come see us and take a break during your Sunday long run! &#x1f605;</h4> <h4><span style="color:#e03e2d"><b>Volunteers</b></span> - As always, the Aid Station will be supported by our members and friends.  If you want to help us <b>AND</b> run, you can start or finish with us.  Set up will start at 530 AM to be ready by 6 AM, while breaking down will start at 9:00 AM for the first session, then get gradually get later as the runs get longer.  The equipment will be nearby as a convenience to the volunteers.   </h4> <h4>We are looking for volunteers to set up, attend the station, and breakdown.  <span style="color:#e03e2d">Click on the <b>Volunteer tab to the left</b> to see the available jobs and time slots!</span></h4>
