Triangle Park Aid Station

It is marathon training season!! Mid-Pacific Road Runners (MPRRC) members are going to set up a tent again to support the local running community and promote our club at Triangle Park near Diamond Head.  If you plan to visit the aid station on any of the dates listed below, do sign up!  Sign Up is not required as everyone is welcome to grab something but signing up will help plan for the amount of supplies needed. Volunteers - As always, the Aid Station will be supported by our members and friends.  If you want to help us AND run, you can start or finish with us.  Set up will start at 530 AM to be ready by 6 AM, while breaking down will start at 9:00 AM for the first session, then get gradually get later as the runs get longer.  The equipment will be nearby as a convenience to the volunteers.
