Awards are based on overall and age group categories for male and females, as noted in this flyer.  Race Medals for all 5K paid participants </span><br /><span style="color:#000000"> </span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b><u>8:00 AM - Competitive Race Walking 5K Division START</u></b>: Participants must WALK the entire course, NO jogging or running permitted! This division is subject to race walking regulations. Scored separately from 5K Run and cannot change category mid-race.  Awards to top 10 competitive walk finishers. Not eligible for age group awards.</span><br /><span style="color:#000000"> </span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><u><b>9:15 AM - Lil&#39; Kids Run:</b></u>   Free to children age 12 and under. Parents must sign a waiver on site. Participation awards to all!
