<p>Lace Up El Paso is proud to present the 2026 Sunrise Series! FOUR - 5k’s, running across El Paso from east to west!</p> <p>This year&#39;s charity partner is the <strong>Child Crisis Center of El Paso</strong> - a portion of the proceeds will be used to assist families and children here in our local community. Click the Charity tab in the upper right corner and make your donation to enter for a chance to win a pair of: </p> <h5><strong>Oakley Meta Glasses!</strong></h5> <p>With a minimum $15 donation, you&#39;ll be entered into a raffle to win a pair of Oakley Meta Glasses! Drawing will take place at the Season Finale on July 18th! You do not have to be registered for any event to participate in the drawing. You also do not have to be present to win. If traveling or to make arrangements for pick up, please contact race director.</p> <h5> </h5> <h5><strong>Virtual participants have FOUR options for swag/packet and medal pickup:</strong></h5> <p>1) Come to packet pickup for that SPECIFIC event and pick up your swag! <br />Thurs &amp; Fri before each event 4-7pm; locations are posted on Run Signup and on IG Lace Up El Paso</p> <p>2) July 18, 2026 from 9-10am.  <br />At the conclusion of the last event, you can collect previous event(s) swag and medal.</p> <p>3) July 25, 2026 from 6-8pm. Catch All Packet and Medal Pickup. <br />One last packet pickup for all events at Mountain Star Brewing Company - 11135 Pellicano Dr. El Paso, TX. 79935.</p> <p>4) August 01, 2026 -  We’ll mail out what hasn’t been picked up (only for virtual registrations).</p> <p> </p> <h5><strong>The Medal! </strong></h5> <p>Custom Sunrise Series Medal! IYKYK!! You&#39;ll earn a puzzle piece at each location... Complete all FOUR events across El Paso to COMPLETE your Sunrise Series Puzzle Medal! Virtual options available.</p> <p> </p> <h5><strong>Giveaways! </strong></h5> <p>Each event will have its own unique giveaway!!! </p> <p>Sign up for each event so you don’t miss out on the amazing swag! </p> <p>For events with shirt giveaway, please note that shirt and/or shirt size are only guaranteed to the first 565 registered on or before May 01, 2026, whichever comes first.</p> <p> </p> <h5><strong>Awards:</strong></h5> <ul><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">Age Group Awards for the Top Three Finishers in each Age Group at each LIVE event. (There are no awards for virtual events).</span></li><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">Our age groups categories are the following: 10 &amp; under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 &amp; over. </span></li><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">There are no ‘overall’ awards at each event because this is a series. There will be Custom Awards to the OVERALL Fastest Males and Females (1st, 2nd, 3rd) of the Sunrise Series at the Season Finale! </span></li><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">There will also be awards for the LARGEST Teams (1st, 2nd, 3rd) of the series. These will be awarded at the Sunrise Series Finale. </span></li></ul> <h5> </h5> <h5><strong>Smoothie King Strava Segments:</strong></h5> <p>Each event will have Strava segments up for grabs! Find the segments, Lace Up and earn that crown! Must have your setting to public in order to be eligible to win. One male and female winner will be crowned at each event. Winners will earn a $25 Smoothie King gift card.  </p> <p> </p> <h5><strong>Race Expo:</strong></h5> <p>Runner&#39;s Party at all events; raffles, prizes, paletas, water, vendors, music.</p> <p> </p> <h5><strong>Law Office of Gabriel S. Perez Photo Booth! </strong></h5> <p>FREE photo booth at all events sponsored by the<strong> Law Office of Gabriel S. Perez! </strong>Bring your smiles! </p> <p> </p> <h5><strong>Win a Pair of Running Shoes! </strong></h5> <p>Save and re-use your race bib from each event. No bicycles, roller blades/skates, skateboards, wagons, scooters, motorized or electric devices. We are absolutely pet friendly! (Pets must be on a leash both on and off the course. You must pick up after your pets). </p>
