<p>We are bringing back a favorite in the Start It, Stanly! Health and Wellness Series, HIKE IT! Atrium Health Stanly has partnered with Morrow Mountain State Park to provide this exciting opportunity.  Come by yourself, with a friend, family, or bring a whole group to enjoy the chance to get away from technology while being physically active.  Sign up for these <strong>FREE</strong> sessions today!  </p> <p>Participants should dress appropriately for the weather and most importantly, trail appropriate shoes.  Flip Flops, sandals and open toed shoes are NOT appropriate.  In the event of inclement weather, we will send an email to participants.</p> <p>We will hike <strong>every other Saturday</strong> beginning October 18, then on November 1, 15 and final hike on November 29.
