Bring a radio, pom poms, or noise makers.<br />Rating: Chill position with great interaction. Bring a chair if desired.</p> <p><strong>Course Monitors</strong><br />Located at key safety points (e.g., crosswalks). Direct runners and cheer them on!<br />Rating: Fun, exciting — right in the action.</p> <p><strong>Finish Line Helper</strong><br />Assist with medals, refreshments, and cheering finishers.<br />Rating: Easy and fun — at the heart of the celebration.</p> <p><strong>Turtle / Sweeper</strong><br />Support the final participant and alert volunteers when the last runner passes.<br />Rating: Slightly physical — rewarding and great exercise.</p> <p><strong>Packet Pickup / Results</strong><br />Distribute bibs, shirts, and help celebrate finishers.<br />Rating: Busy before start, fun and relaxed after. Set the tone for the day!</p> <p><strong>Floater</strong><br />Assist wherever needed — medals, snacks, crowd support, etc.<br />Rating: Super easy and fun — in the middle of all the excitement.</p> <p><strong>Lead Bike</strong><br />Guide the first runners on the correct course using a bike or scooter.<br />Rating: Active and enjoyable. You’re done once the lead runner finishes.</p> <p><strong>Bigfoot Mascot</strong><br />Wear the Bigfoot suit, cheer, give high-fives, and take photos!<br />Rating: The coolest and most fun position — you’re the star of the show!</p> <p> <br />&#x1f5d3; <strong>Important Notes</strong></p> <p><strong>Shirt guarantee:</strong> 10 days before race day. After that, limited availability.</p> <p><strong>Weather:</strong> Races proceed rain or shine, hot or cold.</p> <p><strong>Packet Pickup:</strong> Opens 1.5 hours before race start. Any additional pickups announced by email 1 week prior to the race.</p> <p><strong>Course Surface:</strong> Expect mixed surfaces (pavement, crushed granite, dirt paths).</p> <p><strong>Public Space Notice:</strong> Events take place in public parks, greenbelts, and roads.
