<h2><b>Run Forrest Run 10(ish)k- Fun Run &amp; Forrest Gump Film Screening</b></h2> <h3><i>&#34;I just felt like running.&#34;<br /><br /></i><b></b></h3> <p><b>Join us on Sunday, August 10th for a one-of-a-kind running-meets-the-big-screen celebration of the iconic 1994 film <i>Forrest Gump! </i></b></p> <p><b><i>This half movie screening half quarter marathon takes place at and between Studio 35 Cinema &amp; Drafthouse &amp; the Grandview Theater &amp; Drafthouse.  Here&#39;s how it all works:<br /><br /></i></b></p> <p><i>8:00am-9:00am - </i>Registration<b><i><br /></i></b><em>9:00am-9:30am</em> - Forrest Gump Pt. I<br /><em>9:30 -11:30am</em> - Run 6.5 miles to the other theater location - Once you arrive, pick up your tshirt &amp; pint glass and enjoy a free beer before the movie starts back up.<br /><em>11:30 - 2:00</em> - Forrest Gump Pt. Think of this like you would a bar crawl where you start at one end of the line, and end on the other. We recommend planning to be picked up by a friend or using Rideshare. Or round up to a half marathon and run home! <br /><br /></p> <p><b>What do we do when we arrive at the first location?<br /></b>Head to the registration table to sign in and get your bib and course map. Then head into the theatre for the first screening!<br /><b><br /></b><b></b></p> <p><b>What do we do when we arrive at the second location after the run? </b><br />Grab your pint glass, get 1 free beer, and hang out until the second screening begins at 11:30am.<br /><br /></p> <p><b>Will the kitchens be open?</b><br />The kitchens will be open throughout the event! Have yourself some Forrest Brunch. <br /><br /></p> <p><b>What should we wear? </b><br />Plan for the weather (August in Ohio, could be hot or blazing hot, ya know how it goes) but costumes are highly encouraged! You will be sweaty, so either plan a change of clothes at your ending theatre or sweat it up!! <br /><br /></p> <p><b>What do we get?</b><br />Entry to the event, Forrest Gump Screening, Custom Event Pint Glass, Event t-shirt, 1 Free Beer, and Bragging rights.<br /><br /></p> <p><b>Is this a race?</b><br />NAHHHH. This is not a chipped/timed event, it is a FUN RUN. Hence the costumes and beer. If you&#39;d like to bust ass between theaters, that&#39;s on you. All you&#39;ll get is braggin&#39; rights. <br /><br /></p> <p><b>Will there be water on the course?</b><br />YES. We will supply water and gatorade at three locations along the 6.5 mile course.
