<ul> <li>2 ways to participate! Head straight to our sports performance area at 8am for the optional Pump portion of the event. Here you will bench press your body weight to shave 30 seconds per rep off of your 5k time, up to 15 reps. Not a lifter, skip the pump and head straight to the starting line for the 5k at 9am.
