Run with heroes who bring the gift of hearing. Become a hero.<br />  <br /> <br />Join us on Sunday, August 16th, 2026 in Long Beach, California (or virtually) as we celebrate our recipients and those who helped give the gift of hearing! Let’s run and walk together so we can keep on giving this precious gift. </p> <p>Join us for an exhilarating run along the marina and water front in Long Beach, California. Whether you&#39;re up for a 5k or the Kids Run, this event promises a memorable experience amidst the natural beauty of the sea.</p> <p><b>Event Details:</b></p> <p><b>Bib Pickup:</b> Starts at 7 am<br /><b>Race Start Times:</b><br /><b>5k: 8</b> am <strong>Kids Dash</strong>: 9:15 am<b></b></p> <p><b>Course Description:</b></p> <p><b>Course Time Limit: 1</b> hours and 45 minutes. You must cross the finish line by 9:45 a.m.</p> <p><b>What You Get:</b></p> <p>All participants will receive a finisher&#39;s medal, finish line treats, and free downloadable race photos.<br />Race results will be posted on our website within 12 hours of the race.</p> <p>Gear Check: Personal items can be stored with our staff .</p> <p><b>Water Station </b>on the course, with water and electrolyte beverages.</p> <p><b>Race Photos</b>: Our course photographer will capture your journey, and you can download your photos for free within 24 hours of the event.</p> <p><b>Results: </b>Published on RunSignup within 2 hours of the race.</p> <p><b>Refund and Deferral Policy:</b></p> <p>Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, please purchase the inexpensive insurance if you think there is a chance you might need to back out and will want a refund instead of considering it a donation to the charity. </p> <p><br /><b>Who Can Register:</b></p> <p>Everyone is welcome! Our races are open to participants of all ages, abilities, and races. Whether you&#39;re an experienced runner, a casual jogger, or a first-time walker, you&#39;re invited to join us. Parents can bring their children and strollers, as we believe in creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all.
