Middletonian 5k Race Information

<p><b>8th Annual Middletonian 5k</b></p> <p>March 22nd Join Brunning Endurance for a 5k run and walk that celebrates Middletown Ohio’s rich history, supports the Middletown Airport, and revitalization of the historic Downtown!</p> <p> </p> <p><b>The race will begin and end at the Butler County Warbirds Military History Museum! Located at Middletown Regional Airport!</b> The museum hangar will house our packet pickup and race day registration. It will also be open early for runners to view after the run. <u>Anyone who donates to the museum through this race will be entered into a drawing for a free airplane ride!</u> Butler County Warbirds&#39; mission is to educate and entertain individuals, of all ages, on the historical importance of aviation while America was at war. We celebrate our heroes through the preservation of their aircrafts and memorabilia as we share their stories. A non profit, community led organization that is dedicated to revitalizing Middletown’s beautiful downtown.</b> Downtown Middletown Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that works to revitalize Historic Downtown Middletown and make it a beautiful, vibrant place for its citizens and visitors to socialize, exercise, enjoy the arts, shop, drink and dine. Learn more at: downtownmiddletown.org </p> <p><strong>In addition, a percentage of your registration fee will also go to the Middletown Regional Airport. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Every runner will receive a unique finisher award and enter into fun door prizes at the after party! <br />-Top 3 overall male and female finisher awards<br />-Top overall male and female finishers age groups awards (-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70&#43;)</p> <p>We are offering a veterans discount of 10% if you use the code <strong>VETERAN10 </strong>at check out. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shirts are $10 and you must sign up by <b>March 6th</b> to pre-order yours!</p> <p> </p> <p>Times:<br />-8am Pre-race packet pick up<br />-9am race begins<br />-11am post race party inside the museum! and door prizes!</p> <p> </p> <p>**Parking:</p> <p>Due to construction inside the airport we will need participants to drive past the museum and down Wedekind Dr a little further to the second entrance gate. Once in the gate turn right and follow the access road to park in the grass by the first blue hangar. See map below. There will be volunteers to help if you get confused. </p> <p>Handicap parking and volunteer parking only at the warbirds museum. </p>
