<p>REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2025 WILL OPEN 8/15/25 AT 8:00AM!</p> <p>Sundays, September 28 - October 26, 2025*<br />Duke Park, Durham</p> <p>A 5-week, fun-focused running program for kids aged 4-10 years old!</p> <p>Kids Run Durham introduces kids to running in the form of a loosely structured “track meet” that allows participants to explore distances ranging from 100 meters to 1 mile. Participants will receive a personalized race bib, finishing time each week, and a custom Kids Run Durham tee!</p> <p>Each session features a group dynamic warm up, and we invite local experts to teach kids tips and techniques for building healthy, active habits. Guest speakers address a variety of topics relevant to health, wellness, and running such as physical activity, nutrition, sportsmanship, and proper running form.<br /><br />**We offer a 3pm and 4pm session, which you can select when you register!</p>
