Harbor Athletic Club Tri 4 Schools Training Team Race Information

<p>Tri 4 Schools Training Teams are after-school and summer programs that focus on both physical activity and emotional learning. The team will prepare to participate in the Tri 4 Schools Middleton Kids Triathlon, taking place on August 16th at Baumann Aquatic Center in Middleton.  Financial aid is available and options to apply financial aid are available on the online registration form.  Contact Rachael at rhagen&#64;tri4schools.org with questions.  </p> <p>Here is what you can expect:</p> <ul><li>Workouts that incorporate both cardio and strength training elements</li><li>Mindfulness activities and discussions</li><li>Each team will host 10-14 practices with run and bike training depending on the team specific location and calendar</li><li>Three swim lessons are included for teams training for a triathlon.  Teams training for the Bike &#43; Run may have optional swim lessons depending sponsorship and pool availability.  </li></ul> <p>Practice details are below:</p> <ul><li>Dates: June 16-August 13</li><li>Times: Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30-3PM</li><li>Location: Harbor Athletic Club, 2529 Allen Blvd, Middleton, WI 53562</li><li>No practice 6/30 or 7/2</li></ul> <p>Swimming Details: </p> <ul><li>Location: Harbor Athletic Club, 2529 Allen Blvd, Middleton, WI 53562</li><li>Swimming practice will take place on: 7/7 ,7/21, 8/4 during normal practice times</li></ul>
