Fall Recreation Swim Team 11-18 Race Information

<div><h4>Description</h4><p>Designed to build on competitive swimming skills, this seasonal swim team focuses on improving technique, endurance, and speed. Time trials serve as a competitive measure. There will be no dual meets. Participants learn lane etiquette, pace clock aids, and additional skills needed to be member on a swim team. It’s a great way to meet new friends, keep kids active, and introduce them to a swim team experience.<div><br></div><div><b>Prerequisite</b>: Participants must be able to swim one lap of freestyle and one lap of backstroke without stopping.</div><hr align="center" width="90%"><div style="text-align:center;color:red;font-weight:bold;padding-left:4px;padding-right:4px"><p></p>We encourage everyone to arrive 5-10 minutes early each day for attendance and stretching.
