Endurance United Trail Running

Description: If you enjoy trail running and want a group to enjoy the outdoors with, consider joining the Endurance United trail running group! A newly expanded program, runners can expect to do a level 1-level 2 distance trail run each week, with some weeks including an intensity workout. The focus of this group is to maintain your physical fitness throughout the summer months and get outside on the trails for a run with like minded individuals. 

*No official EU training sessions July 2nd-July 8th due to the 4th of July holiday break.
