<p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:12pt"><strong>Middle School Runners!!</strong> Join us on <strong>Tuesdays and Thursdays</strong> <strong>after school</strong> for a <strong>15-week winter running program</strong> to enhance your running endurance and speed! Our winter club is designed for middle school runners looking to improve their:</span></p>

<p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:12pt"><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Athletes will meet after school</strong></span> before walking to the track together. All practices will be held outdoors, weather permitting (temperatures above 20°F), so be sure to dress in layers and come prepared! Athletes should have a newer pair of running specific shoes, hats, gloves, a water bottle and extra snack for after the run. </span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:12pt">Let's get moving and make progress together this winter!</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 );font-size:12pt"><strong>Practices will end promptly at 4:15 PM, and parents must pick up runners at that time, as coaches are unable to stay beyond this period.</strong></span></p>
<p style="line-height:1.2"><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:12pt"><strong>*** PLEASE READ *** </strong>This program is ideal for runners who: </span></p>
<ol><li><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:12pt">Can run for at least <strong>25 minutes continuously</strong></span></li><li><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:12pt">Can average a mile time of less than <strong>11 minutes per mile on a 3 mile run</strong>. </span></li></ol>
