Detroit Auto Show 5K Race Information

<p>The Michigan Department of Natural Resources, the Detroit Auto Show and the Friends of the Outdoor Adventure Center team up to bring back the Auto Show 5K!</p> <p><strong>Join us on Saturday, January 17 at 9AM at Huntington Place. The route will take place along the Detroit Riverfront and start/finish outside the doors of the Detroit Auto Show.</strong></p> <p><em>All proceeds of the event will help update the exhibits at the Outdoor Adventure Center.</em></p> <p>Tickets to the Detroit Auto Show (public days) can be purchased at a discount through the 5K event. Tickets are discounted by 25%</p> <p>Adult tickets will be available for $15 ($20 at the door), senior tickets for $9 ($12 at the door), and kid&#39;s tickets for $7.50 ($10 at the door). <strong>Auto Show ticket sales end on January 10 to allow time for pick up. Prices of show tickets increase after December 1.</strong></p> <p>Early packet pick up will take place on Friday, January 16 from 4PM until 6PM at the Outdoor Adventure Center</p> <p>Race day packet pick up will take place one hour prior to the race start time at Huntington Place.</p> <p>Awards will be given to the top three places overall and top three places in each age category. 14 and under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79, 80 and up</p>
