<p>Join the DeCesaris/Prout Cancer Foundation in Annapolis, Maryland on Saturday, December 7th for the 13th Annual Jingle Bell 5K Run/1M Walk. The perfect way to start your holiday off and running!</p> <p>This annual fundraiser is designed to raise awareness for lung and ovarian cancers. The Jingle Bell Run/Walk is geared towards the general public as an incentive to participate in a healthy lifestyle while offering an opportunity to educate everyone about early detection of lung and ovarian cancers. In addition, the event is also designed to raise much needed funds to support various educational research programs and patient services. </p> <p>The 5k run will begin at 9:00 am - please plan to arrive no later than 8:30 am.<br />The 3K walk will begin at 9:05 am</p> <p>Quiet Waters Park<br />600 Quiet Waters Park<br />Annapolis, MD 21403</p> <p>REGISTRATION FEES<br />5K &amp; 3K Run/Walk: $40 through October 31, $45 from November 1 thorugh Race Day<br />10 &amp; Under participants are free, no shirt available</p> <p>All registrants will receive a custom bib, long sleeve shirt and participation in the family fun run. </p> <p>REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE on Wednesday, December 4 at 8:00pm </p> <p>Packet pick up will be Friday, December 6 at Evolutions (1834 George Ave. Annapolis, MD 21401) from 3:00-7:00 pm and then on Saturday at Quiet Waters Park starting at 8:00am </p> <p>There will be no late or race day registration, be sure to register online before December 4! </p> <p>Race Premium and Packet Information<br />All persons who register prior to November 8 will receive the following:</p> <p>  Â  Â *Commemorative Long-Sleeve T-shirt<br />  Â  Â *Commemorative Race Bib (the 5K bibs will have a timing chip)<br />  Â   * Two Jingle Bells (for shoes)</p> <p>AWARDS<br />There will be awards given to the overall male and female finisher, as well as the top male and female finishers in the following age groups: 12 &amp; under, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 &amp; over, plus the best costume.<br />There will not be any awards for virtual participants. </p> <p>DONATIONS and PROCEEDS<br />Thank you in advance for generously donating to the DeCesaris Prout Cancer Foundation and helping to bring awareness to Lung and Ovarian Cancer.</p>
