<p><b>5K Course Details</b><br />The 5K cross-country course will be run primarily on a natural, wooded path with hills (112 ft elevation gain) and trails that weave in and out of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Because accessibility will be limited, jogging strollers are not recommended.</p> <p><b>1-Mile Family Fun Run Details</b><br />The Family Fun Run will be run on a flat, all-grass path that loops around Old Trail School&#39;s athletic fields and solar array. Jogging strollers are permitted. All children, ages 4 and up, will receive finisher medals.</p>
