<p><em><strong>RACE TO THE FINISH: Tri at the Y Indoor Triathlon at the Bonner Springs Family YMCA</strong></em></p> <p>Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 8:00 AM (Start Time)</p> <p>Say active this Winter as you swim, bike, and run during our indoor triathlon. Distances are tracked per activity within the designated time periods.</p> <p>AGE GROUPS: Adults 15&#43; (Open); Youth ages 7-14  (must have passed swim test prior to event and height checked on spin bike).</p> <p><em><strong>*If you are 14 and Under and wish to compete in the Open Division, you will need to sign up under the Open Division</strong></em></p> <p> </p> <p>TIME: First heat starts at 8 a.m. (Heat notice will be given).</p> <p>ADULT - Swim: 15 minutes/Bike: 15 minutes/Run: 15 minutes (on Treadmill)<br />YOUTH - Swim: 5 minutes/Bike: 10 minutes/Run: 5 minutes (on Treadmill)</p> <p> </p> <p>Every FINISHER Receives a Medal</p>
