<div><h4>Description</h4><p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Stroke Development is the fifth stage of swim lessons. Students continue to work on their stroke techniques and are introduced to all competitive strokes. Swimmers develop stamina in the basic frontcrawl and backcrawl strokes, learn the breast and butterfly strokes.
