About 5k + Namaste by the Bay

Bay Saint Louis Running Company is proud to present a 5k sunrise run followed by yoga in the grassy area near the Harbor on the corner of Demontluzin & Beach Blvd. This is a friendly and fun loop 5k perfect for walkers or runners. Run starts at 6:00 AM. Yoga to follow around 7 AM by Connie Raley. Upon completion of yoga we will have mimosas and nonalcoholic beverages and light snacks for all participants.
