10K Training Program Race Information

<p>Want to run a 10k? Thinking about beginning training for a half and need a place to start? Whether it&#39;s your first 10k or your first 10k in a while, we will get you across the finish line through our 6-week training program!</p> <p>Our experienced coaches will run with you 3 times per week in the 6 weeks leading up to the race. You&#39;ll gain the confidence, techniques, secrets, and fitness needed to cross the finish line! </p> <p>We can&#39;t wait to see you!</p> <p>Event details and schedule<br />DATE: August 11, 2025 - September 20, 2025</p> <p>SCHEDULE:</p> <p>Monday, 5:30AM<br />Wednesday, 5:30AM<br />Saturday, 7:00 AM<br />LOCATION:</p> <p>Washington Street Pavillion, 598 S. Beach Blvd., Bay St. Louis, MS 39520<br />Washington is our default location, we will use other locations sometimes and notify you as needed.<br />WAIVER: Please make sure you signed the waiver during registration so we can maintain our insurance.
