17th Annual Butterball 5K Race Information

<p>This event is a 5K Run/Walk on Thanksgiving morning while the turkey is cooking!<span style="background-color:#fcff00"></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="background-color:#ffffff">On-site registration ($35 race day), race check-in and packet pickup - 7:30 a.m. - 8:25 a.m.  Race begins at 8:30 a.m.</span></p> <p> </p> <p>For more information visit <a href="https://www.theforumfitness.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.theforumfitness.com</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p>Awards:</p> <p>Top 3 overall, male and female in 5K<br />Top 3 in each age group, male and female in 5K<br />Overall winners not eligible for age group awards</p> <p>Over $500.00 in prizes!</p> <p> </p> <p>5K Age Groups:</p> <p>14 &amp; under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, &amp; 70 plus</p> <p> </p> <p>All proceeds to benefit Prevent Child Abuse Rowan &amp; The Terrie Hess House.  Feel free to make a donation even if you cannot participate or a donation exceeding the amount of the registration fee.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Race participants receive a t-shirt!</p> <p> </p> <p>Course Description -  Take a right out of the Forum.  Travel up South Main Street then right on Airport Rd.  Take a right on Airport Loop Road then another right onto Red Acres Road.  Finally, take a left back onto South Main Street traveling north ending at the Forum.</p> <p> </p> <p>Timing and race results will be done by <a href="http://www.salisburyrowanrunners.org" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Salisbury Rowan Runners</a>.</p>
