13th Annual Andrew Monroe Memorial Scholarship 5K Run/Walk Race Information

<p>The 13th  Annual Andrew Monroe Memorial Scholarship 5K Run/Walk takes place on the #1 Rated Siesta Key Beach in beautiful Sarasota, Florida <br />The event provides scholarships for further education to Riverview High School Senior Soccer players, JROTC Cadets and Track Athletes,  If there are remaining funds they will continue to grow the Sarasota Community Foundation Scholarship&#39;s in Andrew&#39;s name.<br />Andrew so LOVED soccer that his parents wanted to keep his legacy of education alive. He also had a heart for the unfortunate. </p> <p><strong>PLEASE BRING A CAN OR TWO OF FOOD FOR MAYORS FEED THE HUNGRY</strong></p> <p>The event includes pre-race Starbucks coffee with a color guard and national anthem opening.<br />Following the race stop by the door prize board to see if you won one of our roughly 160 door prizes.
