Want to be a vendor at the Night Market in our Winter Solstice Celebration and showcase your assortment of handmade crafts? Please read through the details below and register today!

All Vendors:

This event has a limited number of spots available. There is a TWO booth limit per customer. This market is tailored toward hand-made craft items and direct sale vendors will not be allowed. No food products can be sold.

Vendors keep all their proceeds. Registration fee is non-refundable. Set up time is from 3:00pm-4:30pm on December 20th. Please note that specific booth location requests cannot be guaranteed. Booth assignments will be emailed the Tuesday prior to the event.

All vendors will need to provide their own change fund, receipt book, tablecloth, and backdrops if desired. Any backdrops must be held by vendor-provided; free-standing supports and cannot be attached to anything in the park or Lodge. All displays must be placed behind table within booth space.

Booth spaces must be monitored at all times during the event. Vendors are not allowed to dismantle their booth until 9:00pm. Take down should be completed by 10:00pm.

Interior Vendors (those inside the Lodge):

Booth spaces inside the Lodge are $55 each. Each booth space inside the Lodge is 6'x6' with 2' between each vendor and includes one 6' rectangular table and one chair. Access to electricity cannot be guaranteed. Tents/canopies are not allowed inside the Lodge.
