<h2><strong>Welcome to the Annual Viking Relays &amp; Races!</strong></h2> <p>This event will take place at South Mastick park in the Rocky River Reservation.</p> <p>The Viking Relays &amp; Races are composed of the following events:</p> <ul><li> <h6>4 Hour Run</h6> </li><li> <h6>4 Hour Relay</h6> </li><li> <h6>2 Hour Run</h6> </li><li> <h6>4 Mile Relay</h6> </li><li> <h6>4 Mile Run</h6> </li></ul> <h6> </h6> <h3><strong>Location:</strong></h3> <p>South Mastick</p> <p>Cottonwood Picnic Pavilion</p> <p>Valley Parkway, Cleveland Metroparks,</p> <p>Cleveland, OH 44126 </p> <p><em><strong>Dogs and Strollers are not allowed on the course.</strong></em></p> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Schedule &amp; Start Times:</strong></h3> <p>Registration and Packet Pickup - 6:30am</p> <p>4 Hour Run/Relay &amp; 2 Hour Run Start - 7:00am</p> <p>4 Mile Run/Relay Start - 9:30am</p> <p>Awards - 11:00am</p> <h3><br /><strong>Distances:</strong></h3> <p>2x2 Mile Relay (Runners will complete 1 loop on the 2 mile loop course)</p> <p>4 Mile Run (Runners will complete 2 loops on the 2 mile loop course)</p> <p>4 Hour Run/Relay &amp; 2 Hour Run (Runners will complete 2 loops during the allocated times. Runners are allowed to complete as many laps as they can during the allocated times. All runners can choose to finish earlier than the allocated and by doing so, will no longer be able to complete more laps)</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Timing Method/Bibs:</strong></h3> <p>All events will be chipped time. For the non relay events, timing chips will be attached to the back of the race bibs. For relay events, timing chips are located inside the race batons. <span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>All batons must be returned at the completion of the race.</strong></span></p> <p>All registered participants will receive a bib number and timing tag that must be worn on race day. Please do not alter the bib in any way.</p> <p>The bib must be visible and worn on the front, outer most article of clothing the entire race.
