Twilight Trot and Sunset Stroll -- In Support of Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota Race Information

<p>Join us for the first annual Twilight Trot 5k and Sunset Stroll 1 mile walk! A new event presented by Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota, featuring a 5k run out and back on the beautiful lake walk along Lake Superior, a 1-mile stroll heading towards the aerial lift bridge.</p> <p><strong>Race stat times</strong>: Twilight Trot 5k 6:00pm, Sunset Stroll 1 mile walk 6:05pm</p> <p><strong>Course</strong>: The race will start and finish at the Lakewalk Endion Station. The course is an out and back heading north east on the Lakewalk before returning to downtown. Please stay to the RIGHT side of the course, as runners will be going the opposite direction for a portion of the race.</p> <p><strong>Fundraisers: </strong>Become a fundraiser and help support CAN of MN and all the individuals we serve! The more you fundraise, the more swag you get!</p> <p>Get $75 in donations and get a free race entry!</p> <p>$100 receive a CAN Winter hat and free entry</p> <p>$150 receive a CAN T-shirt, winter hat and free entry</p> <p>$250 receive a CAN Sweatshirt, T-shirt, winter hat and free entry</p> <p><strong>Awards and Race results</strong>: The awards ceremony will take place between 6:45-7pm. Results will be posted online.</p> <p><strong>Parking</strong>: Runners and walkers are encouraged to arrive early to allow yourself time to get to the start line. It is suggested that you use a nearby ramp or lot, and walk to the start line.</p> <p><strong>Shirts</strong>: Register before September 1st in order to guarantee a race shirt. If you register after that date, you may not be guaranteed a shirt.</p> <p>Note: Virtual race cost will not include a t-shirt</p>
