It’s a great way to celebrate the day, plus burn off a few calories to make room for those you are about to consume.</span></h4> <h4><span style="font-size:12pt;background-color:rgb( 255 , 255 , 255 );color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">Participants have choice of registering for the competitive two mile run/ ruck or the non-competitive two mile walk.  Run/ruck registrants receive official race shirt and are eligible for awards.  Non-competitive walk registrants will not receive shirt or be eligible for awards.</span></h4> <h4><span style="font-size:12pt;background-color:rgb( 255 , 255 , 255 );color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">For runners, awards will be given for the top three overall male and female finishers.  The top three male and females in 5 year age groups beginning with 9 and under will receive a certificate, suitable for framing.  Ruck awards will be for top 3 females and males provided by All Vets.
